About

A small studio building tools for the people who design, code, and ship.

Axidus is a software company making creative utilities for web designers, web developers, and game developers. We're small on purpose. We ship what we'd want to use.

What we make

Axidus is the parent brand. Individual products live under it, the way Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom live under Adobe. The first one is Excalibar, a desktop sidebar that bundles the dozen small utilities you keep cobbling together: bulk image optimization, format conversion, glTF preview, snippet capture.

More tools will follow. Some live in the browser. Some live on the desktop. Each one solves something specific, and each one ships under a single Axidus account so your settings, presets, and licensing follow you.

Boring, useful tools, made carefully.

How we work

Quietly, carefully, locally.

01 · Principle

Small on purpose

We make a few things, and we make them well. Every utility ships with the level of care you'd give your own work.

02 · Principle

Local-first

Files stay on your machine unless you tell them to leave. Web tools work offline where they reasonably can. The cloud is opt-in, not assumed.

03 · Principle

Fair pricing, plainly stated

Honest tiers, real free uses, no per-seat surprises. We charge for the work, not the friction. One identity unlocks everything you've paid for.

04 · Principle

Tools, not platforms

Each Axidus product solves something specific. We're not building a workspace, an ecosystem, or a future you have to opt in to. Just sharp tools.

Where we're going

Excalibar is first. After that, more utilities, all under one roof: a unified account, shared presets, fair pricing across the line. We're not racing to ship a hundred things; we're trying to ship a few that you'll actually keep open.
